Membership Recruitment: Create and lead a team to develop a plan and strategies for membership growth.  The current Board have great ideas, but we need to find an individual who would take the lead and work with CALA volunteers to help us spread the word in their neighbourhoods and along their lanes.  This person will not be working alone.  The current Board is very receptive to helping when needed.  This could develop into a committee and involve other CALA volunteers.

Website Maintenance and Developer: Work with the communications co-ordinator and the CALA board to maintain and expand the CALA website.
